Welcome to In Bloom Ikebana (www.inbloomikebana.com). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any workshops, private sessions, or purchasing vouchers through our website. By placing a booking or purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Booking & Payment

• Advance Booking: All workshop places, private group gatherings, and duo sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your space.

• Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely online through our website/booking system.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

As we source natural delicate, premium materials specifically for the number of confirmed guests in each intimate cohort, bookings are non-refundable. However, if your plans change, you can transfer your booking to a friend or family member at any time before the session begins. Simply email us prior to the start of the session with the full name and contact details of the person attending in your place so we can welcome them to the studio.

3. Experience Vouchers (Private Duo & Gift Vouchers)

• Vouchers are valid for the period specified upon purchase (typically 12 months from purchase date).

• Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, but are fully transferable to another person.

• Dates for Private Duo sessions are arranged directly with Tara subject to studio availability.

4. Studio Rules & Punctuality

• Studio Location: will be confirmed upon booking as it’s a private address and from time to time we may book other venues.

• Arrival: Workshops start promptly so that all attendees can participate in the demonstration and full arrangement process.

• Materials & Tools: All vessels/containers, kenzans, shears, and fresh seasonal blooms are provided during the class. Certain tools remain the property of In Bloom Ikebana unless explicitly sold as part of a kit.

5. Workshop Cancellations by In bloom Ikebana

In the event that In Bloom Ikebana must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or severe weather:

• You will be notified as early as possible.

• You will be offered a choice of a 100% full refund or an immediate transfer to a future date of your choice.

6. Photography & Media

• We love capturing the beauty of our floral arrangements! We may occasionally take photos or short videos during workshops for our social media or website.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please let Tara know at the beginning of the workshop - we completely respect your privacy!
